NEW TENANT INFORMATION

If you find a property through us that you’d like to rent you can choose to pay a holding deposit of £200. This will eventually become part of your first months rent, once the letting completes.

You will be required to fill in our online application form so we can carry out our referencing, credit checks and 'Right to Reside' checks. You will have 7 days in which to complete this process.

You will need to demonstrate that your yearly gross income is 30 times more than the monthly rent. If you are below that threshold or studying in the UK you will need to be able to provide a UK based guarantor, who will also need to pass the referencing process.

We will also require a proof of ID (such as passport or driving licence), proof of address (ie bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months) and any relevant residence permit or visa proving you have a right to reside in the UK.

Should you decide not to go ahead with the letting or you fail the reference checks the holding deposit is non-refundable.  However, should the landlord decide to withdraw through no fault of yours this holding deposit is refundable in full.
